报告摘要:The development of lightning risk assessment can effectively reduce the lightning risk and hidden danger and ensure public safety. By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of lightning risk assessment in cities and counties, suggestions for improving and doing a good job of lightning risk assessment are put forward. 报告人简介:Alain Rousseau has 35 years of experience in lightning/surge protection and in standards development.He is the chairman of IEC SC37A and Convener of IEC SC37A/WG3.He is the member of French (AFNOR), UK (BSI), European (CENELEC), and International (IEC) standard offices.And he also is the chairman of Technical Committee 37A in charge of low voltage surge protective devices (SPD).He is the chairman of Technical Committee 81 in charge of lightning protection systems (LPS).He is the member of Technical Committee 15 and 64 (electrical installation of building)Chairman of 37A in charge of low voltage surge protective devices (SPD),etc...More than 150 published papers on lighting,surge protection and power quality at various.
