Abstract

In this talk, we first study derivative-dependent control of the 3rd-order stochastic systems. We present two methods: the direct one that employs a stochastic extension of Lyapunov functionals for the deterministic case, and the method which is based on neutral type model transformation and employs either augmented or simple Lyapunov functionals. Then taking into account the communication constraints, we consider the Round-Robin (RR) protocol and try-once-discard (TOD) protocol for networked stochastic systems. By constructing appropriate Lyapunov functionals, sufficient conditions for guaranteeing the exponential mean square stability are obtained. Finally, we present examples to illustrate the efficiency of the results.


Biography

Dr. Jin Zhang is a Post-Doctoral Fellow with the School of Electrical Engineering, Tel Aviv University, Tel Aviv, Israel. He received the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from Shanghai University, Shanghai, China, in 2018.He has receivedtheShanghaiUniversity Principal scholarship(2015)and Baosteel Special Scholarship(2016). He has published over 30 refereed papers. His current research interests include time-delay systems, networked control systems, and event-triggered control.
